30-year fixed rates continue to rise

30-year fixed rates continue to rise

The mortgage rate appears to be rising again. I think it will help the stock market positively as it will bring more bystanders into buying into housing. Although I think alot of the stock or real estate buying comes from over sea money...cough cough China. We will have to see the intermediate term effect of this kind of buying.

Stock market is such a fun thing.

  2. If you are overseas it might be a good time to buy in the US... I think the $ is going to come under some heavy pressure this year and lose a lot of value...which will be great for US exports

  3. Stock market DOES seem fun... reminds me of my time of hardcore gold making on World of Warcraft, but I guess, way more risky!

  10. I do love the stock market, and even the concept of the stock market. The trouble is when you get a lot of people who think that it's more or less like going to a casino, and they put in a lot of money and lose it all. SilverSon is right.

Anyway, that is neither here nor there, just wanted to say something :P
